If you send them to Teton Flats and they sign a lease, we’ll pay you $250. You don’t need to be a resident; anyone can refer.

The fine print

  • The referral payment ($250 as of this writing) is made after your referral signs a new lease at Teton Flats. One payment per new lease.
  • Your referral should use your link — and it never hurts for them to mention your name or code when they apply or tour.
  • You can’t refer yourself or a co-applicant on your own lease.
  • Payments may require a completed W-9; you’re responsible for any taxes.
